Infrastructure records.
The hosting infrastructure may produce standard delivery and security logs such as request time, requested path, response status, and network metadata. They may be retained by the hosting account for operational and security purposes. This page does not claim a fixed log-retention period that has not been published.
Email handling and retention.
If you choose a mail link, your email client sends the information to jeff@cognicluster.com. It is retained in the recipient mailbox as needed to respond and maintain the conversation; there is no separate website contact database. Avoid sending secrets or sensitive personal data in an introductory message.
