ORGANIZATION / ABOUT

PlotWarden is a CogniCluster project.

It is being built in public around a simple premise: ambient agent work needs a continuously maintained operational picture.

The product thesis.

Agentic workflows are already powerful inside constrained tasks. PlotWarden focuses on the coordination gap that appears when specifications, code, evidence, and multiple runs change together.

The working method.

The end-state specification is public, build records are dated, and competitive claims are treated as observations that can expire. Black Skies supplies a concrete product environment for learning what the system still needs.

CogniCluster and the builder.

PlotWarden is a CogniCluster project built alongside Black Skies. Jeff Sylvan identifies himself in the linked public résumé as CogniCluster's founding engineer and publishes work on distributed systems, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure. That source supports the role and background description; it does not prove PlotWarden's product claims.

Evidence posture.

Intended behavior, demonstrated records, and unproven claims remain separate.

Demonstrated

Founder role and published systems background are linked to the founder's own dated public résumé; team-scale claims are not made here.
